meet laura
Laura has been teaching yoga since 2007 and has had the privilege to share yoga with a wide range of people during that time. She has experience of sharing yoga with complete beginners, to those who have been practising for years, pregnant women and then caring for new mums returning with babies for postnatal yoga.
Laura has worked with people who wanted yoga as a form of pain relief and a therapeutic approach to classes, she has taken yoga in to the classroom and worked with primary school children and their teachers, inmates in a maximum security facility, and recovery sessions with professional footballers.
We can always find a way to make it work for you, that's the goal, that we create a practice for you, that serves you and meets your needs. That's the beauty of yoga and of working together in this way.
