I believe that movement should be accessible, adaptable, and above all, responsive to what you need right now and moving in the direction of where you want to be.

My practice is built on the understanding that every body is different, every journey is unique, and healing isn't linear. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from trauma, navigating life transitions, looking to feel stronger and more aligned or simply seeking a more grounded connection to your body, I'm here to support you.

I work with yoga, pilates, and therapeutic movement practices to create sessions tailored specifically to you. This might mean gentle restorative work, strengthening practices, breathwork, or trauma-sensitive approaches, what we do will depend on your needs and goals.  We work together to do that.

In group classes, I offer options and modifications so everyone can participate at their own level. In one-to-one sessions, we design a practice completely around your needs, goals, and where you are in your journey.
