Hi! Welcome! So nice to meet you.  I am so glad you found your way here. I'd like to share with you a little about what yoga means to me.  In short, its about coming home, coming back to myself.  That's the feeling I get, and I hope to be able to share what I know about yoga with you.

Yoga for me isn't just about what happens on the mat, its how it changes life in general, how it makes me feel, and how I check in with myself.  When I get to share yoga and see the impact of that it lights me up.  The why of what we do is so important, and getting to spend time with someone and find out what really is going to make difference to them is magic, it's where you see real changes being made.  It's why I do what I do and why I love it.

Years ago, when I had been teaching for about 10 years my Grandad joked with me that it only takes 9 years (or so he thought) to do brain surgery, he asked how come yoga training took so many years to do? I loved this question and also the answer, because there's never an end to learning and because yoga is so vast and broad.  If you are interested in some of my training, have a little look below.

Pregnancy yoga with Laura was my first real experience with yoga. She has this amazing way of creating an emotional space of calm, focus and love for each session.

Still to this day - many years later - I still hear her voice my head at the beginning of each yoga practice: “Take this time to check in with your body. Just observe and be...” etc.  She taught me so much about being in my own body, to be grateful and proud of it. I’m forever thankful for that.
